Topless, the New way to dress?

There has been a lot of talk about the topless models strutting down the Mercedez Benz Fashion Week in Moscow. It was part of the fall 2013 collection by Ria Keburia, a Paris-based Georgian designer, where all the models wore illuminating yellow hats contrastingly together with black outfits. The outfits with the head pieces portrayed a modern take on historical wear, with almost additional hints of religious aspects. The head pieces could resemble the ray of light that circled biblical characters.

It was the finale of the show where last two models wore nothing but the yellow hats and long black skirts that grabbed the attention of the audience. What was the hidden statement of Keburia behind this act? Maybe to suggest that her head pieces are strong enough without the other garments. To illustrate a message about purity and the wonder of nature and naturalness. Could this therefore be the new start to more nudity display? Is topless the new way to dress? This show was definitely something interesting and inspiring, and it certainly portrayed fashion in a different light.
